Angela's Baking Tip of the Day:
When making cupcakes, just because the package on the aluminum cups say that you don't need to put them in a muffin tin, it's a really good idea to do that anyway. But if you don't have a muffin tin handy, be sure that the baking sheet you use is completely, totally flat. Not slightly warped so that the edges are higher than the middle. All the cupcakes will migrate to the center and then become one. After they are baked, and you pull them apart, they will look very odd shaped...as opposed to their muffin tin brothers who are perfectly round.
So now I have 18 perfectly shaped cupcakes and 12 odd balls. *sigh*
