Okay, so I have this neighbor who apparently can only do yard work when we're having extreme weather conditions. Seriously. A couple of weeks ago, I saw him fertilizing his lawn during a torrential rain storm. My only thought was "It's a little late for that, buddy." Now, at this very moment, we're having one heck of a wind storm. (Category 2 Hurricane winds close by, I'm told.) Anyhoo, I looked out my front window and my neighbor is out with a small chainsaw, trimming the lower branches off his pine tree. I've heard of extreme sports, but this is ridiculous!
